Our renovation of Germania Place goes from modern office to interactive art exhibit!
Tumu started the renovation of Germania Place with the idea of merging the historic details of the building with modern office space…we were surprised and delighted how different it ended up. Toward the end of construction, the building owner (R2 Companies) told us that they had found a dream tenant to occupy the space. We were very excited to hear that the Immersive Van Gogh exhibit was not only coming to Chicago but would inhabit this space that we poured our time and passion into. Tumu was hired by the client to help with architectural services to bring the exhibit to life. The exhibit turned out great!
Tumu is currently working with the show to incorporate a unique dining experience that will operate inside the building. More on this awesome collaboration coming soon.
