We’re thrilled to share that the Listening Room at the Freewheel Residence in Fort Collins has won the Wow-Factor Room Award for Colorado + the Rockies at the 2025 LUXE RED Awards.

This space was designed to be immersive, moody, and personal — a reflection of our approach to high-end residential architecture that blends bold design with custom craftsmanship. The room was a close collaboration between our team, the homeowner, and WSDG, ensuring world-class acoustic performance without compromising on standout design.
