UPDATE:

We were too excited not to share some almost-final pictures of a gut rehab project we’ve been pouring our passion into over the last year.

The project is going in two phases. This first phase was a full renovation of the interior. The scope of work included full interior design services, several new built-in millwork pieces and a new state of the art kitchen.
A custom millwork piece wall was designed to create a more formal entry sequence and provide transition from entry to the living room. The base functions as a bench and contains a cabinet to put items like hats and shoes in. The slatted back of the piece allows natural light to penetrate into the space while still creating separation.

The living room features a modern take on a traditional fireplace mantle. This built-in hides a tv behind sliding doors. This allows for a more formal space while still giving a place for casual movie night or watching a game with friends. The doors are extraordinary and have custom designed alternating wood grain panels and hardware. It will soon be finished off with a beautiful stone top
