This full renovation of a townhome in Chicago is located off the bustling 606 trail. We were tasked by our clients to turn the dated, segmented existing space into a warm, open, modern home.  There are unique moments and custom millwork throughout the project. The modern walnut kitchen features a cantilevered center island designed with family interaction in mind. Upstairs, the primary suite renovation included a bathroom with a side-by-side glass steam shower and sauna.
