Our client for this project came to us looking to drastically improve the property they had recently purchased and convert existing rental units to Airbnb.  Tumu provided full architectural and interior services for the building renovation along with selection and procurement of all furnishings and accessories.

The goal for the project was to create something unique that would separate the property apart from the rest of their competition.  We focused on creating a design that would provide an upscale selection for large groups.  The design for each unit is based on a bold color theme that you might not use for everyday life, but in the transient nature of a hotel provides a bit of an edge to the spaces.  Common building amenities were upgraded and two individual rooftop decks with sweeping city views were added for guests use.
