We were extremely excited to go to the soft opening of Middle Brow’s Bungalow last night. Tumu served as the design architect for the project and we loved every minute of working with the design team and Middle Brow. Both the Beer and Pizza were top notch. I’m always amazed at how different their brews are. The Pizza is some of the best I’ve had recently. We tried the Margherita, Sausage, and the couple next to us gave us a slice of the Squash…each was as delicious as the next. Watch out for this one…they’re definitely on their A game!
The Brewpub is open to the public on Friday 1/25. Go and check it out…you won’t be disappointed.

Fun Fact: The Foudre’s on display in the rear are traditionally used for wine. Middle Brow’s unique brewing uses several different methods to get the awesome flavors they create.
